Shipping

We offer both domestic standard and express shipping, standard shipping is $10 and express is $20. The estimated delivery times are 3-7 days for Standard shipments and 1-3 days for Express.

Returns

Our listings include accurate measurements to help you understand the size and scale of each item. Vintage items may have visible imperfections, which we photograph for your review, while new items will typically be in excellent condition. Please examine all details carefully before making a purchase.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse them. Please note that un posto does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item, and the item must be returned within 14 days of return confirmation. All items should be in their original condition and packaging.

Postage costs are non-refundable, and you will need to cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
